Should the president be impeached over the "No Fly Zone" in Libya?

In my opinion, no, I do not think that the President should be impeached over the "no fly zone" that was put over Libya. We have obligations as the United States of America to the United Nations, NATO, and all other countries that we have treaties with. As a strong super power in the world we have treaties with so many countries in the world giving them aid and millitary support, its hard not to be engaged in a war or violence anywhere. The "no fly zone" was set up in order for us to keep our citizens who may be taking trips to surrounding countries safe. Libya is going through it's own civil and who knows, a plane with American citizens and troops could get shot down from a misfire.

Then, what about putting some troops in Libya to help them sort things out? Why not? I feel like American troops in Libya will help stop Ghadafi from being such a dumbass. As far as the arguement about the president launching missels and attacking Libya. The Constitution of United States (Article 1 Section 8) says that the power to declare war is in the hands of Congress. Well it's a dead arguement that we have declared war, we haven't. The only thing America is guilty of is putting up a "no fly zone", if any country set up a declaration of war, it was France, not America. How ignorant can our Congressmen really be? To me if we were to put troops in Libya it will be to protect innocent people from all the gunfire and turmoil that Ghadafi is causing. We are doing the right thing and out president shouldn't be impeached for trying to keep our citizens safe.

The Earthquake in Japan

The earthquake in Japan has caused alot of trauma for the world. Families there are out of power and water and the death toll keeps rising. Whole towns have been whiped out by the tsunami. Families have been torn apart and now they have to worry about massive amounts of Radiation leaking out into the air. This worry of massive contamination has required workers at the Power Plant there to be evacuated except for a few who are currently still working to try and save the plant from over heating.

This hasn't just affected that country but also our country and even our community.  One of the foreign exchange students that attened our high school went back to Japan about a month ago and her family lived in the most effected part of Japan. Since the power is out there is no phone or internet right now. Her sister has let us know that her family is okay but they are out of power and it's very hard to talk to them right now. I give my best wishes to them and I hope they are okay. It's not easy for me to know that a person that I was very close to has no contact with me. I miss her dearly and I wish that she would have stayed a little bit longer then she did so that way she could be here and I would know that she is okay.

New Term Resolutions

Last term I went really off track. I didn't care at all about school, I skipped class all the time, and honestly GRADUATION was not my top priority, college was. Well, it took some time and I finally realized how stupid I was for thinking I could go to college, without graduating from high school first. It took alot and the past 5 weeks were pretty wreckless for me. No phone, no nothing. I could have my computer but all my homework had to be done first. I finally got ungrounded at the end of the term, and let me tell you, that 5 weeks were miserable.. and I mean miserable.

Well after being grounded I got to attend out WPA. I had fun don't get me wrong. But I saw some pretty nasty things... which I honestly shouldnt write about on here. You would be disgusted too. They should watch some of the stuff that happens sometimes at our dances. Anywho, I mostly went out with my friends for the rest of the night, just having fun. The next day my friend Danica and I hung out at the mall ALL day long then later that evening too. I had to be home at 11. Well I went and had lunch the next day too with a friend im no longer associating myself with (because of WPA and the night before and well what I am writing about now) and the guy I like. We spent all day together and then we all went out to visit a friend at work and then out to their apartment. Well.. this friend I mentioned did some pretty shady things during these few guys, and well.. people judge you by who your associated with.. and I no longer wanted a bad reputation because of them.

Because I told this person I didn't want to be her friend. I am now in trouble with the cops, everyone hates her (so she says), and a shirt was being made. Well honestly.. excuse my language. DONT WHORE AROUND WITH 6 GUYS AND YOU WONT HAVE THAT PROBLEM!! It is not MY fault you opened your legs. Its not my fault you opened your mouth.. and its not MY fault that no one wants to talk to you because of your DECISIONS! I am only in control of myself, and now people have threatened her and I am getting the blame.. so my new term resolution is this. Next time I'm done being friends with someone, I wont even tell them. I'll just stop talking to them. This girl obviously couldn't handle the fact no one wants to be friends with a whore.. and one who would go behind her friends back and talk to the guy they like. If you think its my fault people hate you.. its not.. its only your fault, and look I'm sorry your living a lonely and tough life right now.. Maybe you should give your life a new reality check. The Truth will hurt sometimes :)

Im Trying

Its the end of this term. I have been grounded for the last month and a half, and all I've done is homework homework homework. But I feel like it hasn't done any good. I dont know what i need to do next term. My AP Lang grade has me down, and I know that it's my fault that I wasnt motivated at all this term. I guess being grounded is what got me to realize that if i didnt pass this one class or any of my others, I wont graduate. :( I dont know what I'm going to do. I busted my (excuse my french) but I busted my ass in the last month and I dont know what gives in that class. Seriously. Ayers, I know I am not the best student. But here I am, ... I'm litterally begging you to please pass me. Please! I DO NOT want to be here next year. I'm ready to get out. I will be working harder next term when I can start over. My slate is clean. I need you to grade me like I am a new student, and not one that slacked off. I can do it, and I have even been trying to for the last two months.
