so I used to hate Twitter... with a passion.. But now I am addicted to it..
I get tweets from my friends sent to my phone. I tweet at school, I tweet everywhere.
I recently got my phone took away from me by my parents and it has been horrible.. I catch myself hearing something funny or getting pissed and immediately wanting to tweet about it at school. But since I have no phone, I usually just take someone elses haha.
I feel like twitter is a good way to get info out to friends (as a teenager) these days. I know right now since I don't have a phone I get on twitter to see whats going on with my friends. For instance, right now the big controversy that everyone is upset about is the fact that there is a girl who made it to state for wrestling and a Linn-Mar kid forfeited because he didnt believe in wrestling a girl.. he didnt want to hurt her, it would look bad on him and he didn't want to deal with it.. This kid being a senior just ruined his chance at a state title. Alot of people are upset about it. Especially the students at Linn-Mar.
Truthfully I would be upset too. But it was his choice to forfeit or not. I understand its against his beliefs, and he will be respected for his decision, it's not like he won't wrestle again. Yes it's his senior year but he knew what he was doing when he made the decision. My personal opinion is that no one can be upset about his choice. He made it for his own reasons, people can be mad at him though, and not at the girl. It's not her fault God made her a girl.
But that was my little arguement about that. So new post coming soon
