Should the Drinking age be 21?

Have you thought about it? should the drinking age really be 21? When your 18, if you can join the army.. Shoot a few people, possibly kill someone and buy cigarettes and cigarillos then why not lower the drinking age to 18? Seriously, it's not like none of us don't drink anyways or smoke cigarettes in High School. Let me raise a few points for you here...

1. If you can work at a restaurant and serve alcohol at the age of 18, why not be able to drink alcohol? Whats the difference?
2. If you can be sent overseas to war in a 3rd world/ ghetto/ whatever else kind of country there is, with an automatic riffel at the age of 18, why not be able to drink the thoughts of killing someone away?
3. If you can buy cigarillos for weed (yes, they are used for weed, I don't know one teenager who doesn't use them for that, we are too lazy to roll tobacco when we can just get cigs) why not let us drink at 18.
4. If you can buy your own house at the age of 18, you should be able to buy your own alcohol.. it's your life right?!
5. If you can sign your life away with thousands of dollars in debt because of student loans, the government should allow you to drink your life away with alochol at the same age. (thats a joke)
6. If you can get permanent tattoos, and piercings by yourself at the age of 18, you should be able to get alcohol at the age of 18.
7. If you can even smoke those damn Cancer Sticks (Cigarettes) at the age of 18, then you should be able to drink the damn rat poison too at age 18.

Its funny to me how we can do all of those things at the age of 18 but we can't drink? I feel like Iowa should just go ahead and let us do what we want and drink, it's not like we don't anyways. To me lowering the age would save cops from giving out Paula tickets, and PI's. It would also save them from busting so many underage parties. If we could have alcohol at 18 then no one would be in trouble for being drunk at parties, or on Campus at colleges. Life would be soooooooo much better. Well... for me anyways
